Brighter Days Family Grief Center offers this quarterly workshop for parents and caregivers who are trying to navigate their own grief while parenting their grieving child(ren) of any age.
This is not a support group, rather, an introduction to the first steps of caring for self and family after the death of a beloved family member. Local resources and support group opportunities will also be shared.
2025 Dates: 1/6, 4/7, 7/7, 10/6
Times: 9am-10am or 7pm-8pm
