Conversations with Kelly

Kelly Grosklags, LICSW, created Conversations with Kelly (CWK) for a powerful purpose: to alleviate suffering. Her message of hope and healing celebrates the power of coming together, where patients, survivors, friends, family, providers and caregivers unite in an intimate forum dedicated to creating positive change.

Crescent Cove

Crescent Cove offers care and support to children and young adults with a shortened life-expectancy, and their families.

FamilyMeans

FamilyMeans provides support for caregivers caring for a child or adult with a chronic illness, disability or frailty.

Gilda’s Club

Hope Kids

HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities, and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-­threatening medical condition.

Hospice Net

For patients and families facing life-threatening illnesses, this site provides resources for caregivers, patients, children, and general hospice information.

Hope Lodge Minnesota

The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers. Patients must be in active cancer treatment, and permanently reside more than 40 miles or one hour away from their cancer treatment center.

Jack’s Caregiver Coalition

A community of support for male caregivers that offers one-on-one discussion, monthly events, and the ability to connect with others. Joshua’s Camp

Joshua’s Camp is a very special and FREE retreat with a life-renewing mission. We offer a safe haven where everyone in the family is given the opportunity to step back, relax and experience a feeling of solid ground. Joshua’s Camp serves families that have a child 17 years of age or younger being treated for cancer or out of treatment less than three years.
