But self-care is critical for grievers and when grievers stop tending to their well-being, it can lead to negative consequences and make grief worse. Michele will discuss why self-care is important, the basics of self-care, and she will share tips and steps that can help grievers to go beyond the basics and build a strong foundation that promotes wellness and helps grievers to move forward and grieve in healthier ways.
