The Mind in Grief

Humans are meaning making beings. When someone experiences a deep loss through the death of a close loved one, your mind searches for ways to make sense of what happened. The emotions that come along with grief like guilt, regret, anger, and fear can feel overwhelming. Grief also has a way of exposing old wounds that can compound and keep you stuck.
In this interactive workshop, you will get a picture of your mind and learn how it works. You will learn how to tune into your body and your internal resources to question, reframe, and upgrade old stories, which creates space for growth and healing.
