Brighter Days provides free support in several different formats to children and adults.
Therapy-based: For those who have experienced the death of a family member, we provide a 6-week grief support group led by a licensed practitioner. These groups require a brief intake and a commitment to the weekly series to ensure group continuity.
Peer-based: For those who prefer a more casual group based on shared experiences and conversation, these groups meet monthly as a way to keep connected to each other.
Facebook groups: For those who prefer to stay updated on upcoming groups, events and resources specific to their type of loss. Click HERE
All groups require a brief intake and registration process; please fill out the form below to get started.

A supportive group experience can be a wonderful way to connect to others who have experienced a similar loss. It can also be a heavy experience if you have not given your grief the individual attention it deserves. We encourage you to contact us or your therapist to help determine if a group is the right fit for you.
We truly listen to the needs of our community and create many of our short-term groups based on requests. If the group you are interested in is full or not scheduled yet, please fill out our request form to ensure we add you to the appropriate waiting list. Thank you!
